Asian Dressing

This simple dressing is ideal for serving on Salmon, Beef Steak, Brocolli or Pak Choi


4 Tablespoons of Reduced Salt Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 a finely chopped red onion or 1 shallot
1 finely chopped fresh red chilli - leave the seeds in if you like it hot


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

What's good about this meal

-It's a great tasty sauce without the usual creams or fatty oils you might normally cover your food in
- The chilli fires up your fat burning metabilism
