A Typical Day

Sadly blog writing isn't paying my mortgage (none of you will be surprised to hear that!), so work does tend to get in the way of my perfect day. That said, there is no reason you can't tailor the day I outline below to suit your needs. I personally manage to tailor it so that I am training 5 days a week and eating right 7 days a week alongside holding down a day job:

06:00 Get up to a sugar and caffeine free coffee with a small amount of skimmed milk

08:00 Breakfast - 3 egg Spinach Omelette

10:00 45 minutes gym session - I try and mix up my sessions between high intensity interval training like circuits and weight sessions for definition

10:45 Post training - MyProtein.com Impact Diet Whey Protein Shake

12:00 Lunch: Marinated Chicken Breast with Brown Rice and Salad

15:00 A handful of mixed nuts

17:30 Dinner: Avocado, Chilli and Lime Salad with Bresaola

21:00 Bedtime!
